Hello, now ive been on alot of forums also asking alot of in-game persons, but they cant help me!

I cant see my demos (only at the main screen, when im in urban terror), and ive tryed searching for my name, and so on. And i have found a map called demos, but all i see is a demo called toturial.

Also something i am wondering about, every person says i need to go into the map called quake3, but mines is called urbanterror? :s

Also, there is only 1 user on my mac, so im not on the wrong profile.

Please help me - cant make any movies till i get this straight

I have no map called quake3.

My demos should be under a map called urban terror, they are at not.

Also i searched for my nick name (my tag, my a.k.a) and i didnt finde anything in spotlight.

First of all: The english word for map = folder.

2nd: the demos will be at /yourname/Library/Application Support/Quake3/q3ut4/demos , you just don't know how to access it apparently. Maybe someone with a mac should make some screenshots for you.

There's multiple folders on a mac called Library, make sure you are looking in the right one. The one under your username, under your home-folder (the icon with the house).

And yes, you have an UrbanTerror folder too. And yes, it contains a demo folder with just the tutorial. That's normal.

And yes, spotlight might not look in those kind of directories by default.

If you go to the same spot (you will have a different username, but it will also be the icon with the house), the most right column will show a folder called 'Quake3'.

Weokele you are god! Thank you, all i needed was that screenshot, and then i got it.

Was hard for me to figure it out, cause all of the things is in danish on my mac. But with the screen shot it really helped.

Allright next problem.

I tryed to convert some demos into .avi by typing /video in the console, and it start lagging like crasy (i told that is good sign.)

Then i looked at it in the demos folder, and it was called demo0000, but it was not a .avi file.

Also i tryed to delete some demos (i got way to many) and i also deletet it from the papirkurv. But they are still there on the front page of urban terror?

The videos will be written to the videos folder

About the demo's: that sounds weird. Try moving them all to another folder, so that the demos folder is empty. Then look again in UrT.

Btw. what is the commands for takeing off the text, and the text that comes if people shot/die?

(gonna go on urban terror and see if the demos are gone, 2 sec)
