1) Is it possible to create hills with just GTkraidant? If yes please tell me how, if no which programmes can make hills/terrain?
2) How do you add water to a brush?
3) How do you work the ladder? I read the thread on ladders but I just havent got a clue
4) Where can I get q3 models from?

1: Yes, all the terrain in a map like mandolin was made in radiant.
2: You need to use a water shader. Google "quake 3 shader manual".
