This has to be the single most repepetititive thread ever… Click “My Account” in the left-hand menu, after that, “My game auth key” in the right-hand menu. There’s a nice thorough guide explaining how to use it and what are the common mistakes.

If that doesn't work, go into your installation folder, open the folder q3ut4, and find the file authkey. Open the file with notepad, and put in your auth instead of the 0.

Hola, da clic en la opcion "My profile" y luego en la parte derecha aparece "My Game auth key", saludos.
