Seriously, the smoothest client with the most precise timing I've used.
So many "optimized" .exes feel like they float on top of the game and have some kind of desynchronization while gaining higher FPS or faster load times/bumpy textures.
This feels like raw 1:1 give/get communication from the game to the machine.
Like an old CRT.
(obviously):
No micro-freezes.

The micro-freezes you are referring to, are also shown in the lag meter or is it just a feeling you are having?

Update breaks retro compatibility because of different reasons: 1 of them is that cheats needs to be rebuild and this takes some time. There are also other reasons. How do you manage to play jump mode on a jump server running Jump mode, with a client non Jump mode capable? Enlighten me...
