We have had to change our plans for HD since we could not come to mutually amicable terms for the idtech3 license. We need a different engine now.
it's kind of shocking to read this... since we got informed about the idtech trouble 6 months? 9 months ago? you still haven't decided for another engine?
i personally was assuming you guys have switched to a different engine a while ago and were working on urt hd again ... i obviously was wrong... can you tell us more about the current status?
has development moved back to 4.2?
basically: what's going on?

We've decided on an engine but we don't want to make any official announcements yet. All the artists are happily working on HD. There's some awesome stuff in the works (awesome also means it's going to take time). :)
phew... happy to hear that..
thanks

And again you're doing it wrong.
Instead of sharing a drop of info, teasing the players and making them want more, you hide the development and work in secrecy.

Due in large part that there are third parties and NDA agreements involved.
Just out of curiosity what is it that you think we have to hide anyways? What is the right way?
It's not like we have a bottom line to protect.
