My suggestion is simple. To make Urban Terror more easy to new players and already users, UT can be launched in multiple languages.
4 example.
When you download the HURT downloader you can choose your UI language and the language package will be downloaded for you.
How to translate it for many languages?

Yes.
I was volunteer and I translated the ICQ for a time (ICQ 6 and 7 series) because the translation of them was made by Google on previous versions and was horrible.
So for the best experience I translated for myself and offer this to ICQ.

I think that URT Team should to do the same.

iirc there actually is something like an spanish version of the 4.1 main menus......
But translating for 4.2 means that you modify the .menu files - not only for the translation but also for a new menu to select your language. And nobody really wants to do that.
menus suck. they are quite simple, but that makes it a lot of work to set up things.....
