I'm sorry but i actually think it kinda looks...bad..
I can see where you spent the majority of polygons, they're most likely on the neck on the back side, to make it look smooth, and that part of the model ,geometry vise looks good, but the body looks extremely low poly and stands out cause it looks like one of those extra low poly Q3 models.
Most of the polygons are on the tuners, the neck has about the same amount of tris as the body. Nevertheless, it also occurred to me that the body looks bit less smooth than the rest. I guess I removed a bit too many edge loops from the high-poly model. I can fix that.

And the texture...i hope it's WiP cause it looks boring and lacks details that would make the model look more interesting.
Wood on the side of the body should be more finer, denser lines.
Something like this

And this

(...) and the lack of the line where the side of the body connects with top and bottom is something i think you'll see on 99% of string instruments.
And without it, it looks unfinished.
If I check google images about 50 % of ukes don't have those lines on the side, neither has mine. That's just an artistic touch, no must-have. If/when I touch this model again I'll reconsider adding them.
The wood on the side of my ukulele is not finer. Again that might be true for some ukes but not all, afterall it's wood, sometimes it's finer, sometimes the texture is larger.
I can see that these things might add even more detail to the model but I'm quite content with it as it is at the moment. There's lots of other stuff I have to do, no need to spend more time on one of the most detailed models urt has ever seen. I might even have added too much detail anyway. In-game you won't get as close to the model as on the screens. I appreciate your nit-picking though :)

I thought about that, maybe I'll add one later.
