During strat time in team survivor the match timer (and the round time too? not sure) continues ticking down which is obviously a good thing for the winning team because they don't bother wasting a few seconds since it gives the losing team less time to make a comeback. When you are on the losing team it's pretty frustrating seeing those, even if few, seconds ticking down that can be crucial in close matches. Let's say it's set to 5 seconds. 5 seconds every round is going to get to a quite significant number of seconds at the end of the full match giving that the usual map is 20 mins long and the amount of rounds that get played can be quite high.

TL;DR: Strat time is not actual "play time" so the match clock shouldn't be ticking down during strat time.

Yep. In the next version it'll be added to the map/round timers so it won't cut down your play time.
