i think i like the idea, even though some real consideration would have to be put into balancing it against the spas and even the benelli - assuming they, or (mechanics wise) similar weapons make it to
Basically the question would be if you want it to 1 or 2 shot players. if it does a 2shot, why dont i just use the benelli? Possibly the sawn of is more "forgiving" in terms of spread (meaning it will hit something even if you are not dead on). But if it 2shots at very close range and has spread, why dont i use the spas?

I meant possibly using it as a pistol slot (because it only has 2 shots) but it might be too OP
In that Case have it as a secondary alongside other shotguns.
It is suppose to be extremly deadly on short range, 1 or 2 direct-hit shots depending on balance should be a kill.

now from your post i cant really tell if you are aware of that, or simply refer to the fact that the updates done in 4.2 broke the 4.1 mod, or if you refer to the differences between the mod and the implementation in-game.

1. Assassination mode. Only a knife and a handgun with a silencer. If you aren't within a certain distance when you kill a player, you appear on the minimap for all the other players. I played like this (obviously voluntary) on a server recently and it was fun
2. Enforced BOT counts on servers. Even if you select BOTs = no as a filter, there are still bots in my list.

Maybe the sawn off could have like "dragons breath" rounds so this would add a third type of shotgun and shotgun rounds into the game.
This would mean the players who gets hit with sawn off bursts into flames.
This could be also added to HK69 as like incendiary granades.
And as a throwable incendiary granade.
Also flashbangs.
What i want the most is derpy ragdolls and pretty graphics.
Derpy ragdolls as players who are alive can manipulate by colliding.
I think someone mentioned that it would be nice to have ut_radio comms animated on characters.
This would be awesome.
Ut_radio comms is just monotone sound right now maybe bring it to enviroment coming from players model.

- fire stuff: Not sure about fire ammo. I guess you could just make it a different type of bleeding. However balancing this would be REALLY hard. Possibly it would have to wear of by itself after a few seconds. incendiary grenades in UrT are also an interesting thing. They wouldn't work the say way as in CS. you probably can jump over most fires, so they aren't too OP.
- flashs: I'm really unsure about flashs. 1st off their effect (i think they should slow you down like they do in CS), and secondly i think we should actually add "flashguards" as well. If we have stupidly OP tacs (in the sense they entirely remove any advantage a smoke gives), flashs should have a counter as well. However tacs could have the exact opposite effect when flashed... (fk tacs anyways...)
