Hey so I cannot get any lists from the master server even though my internet is fine. Any suggestions??? And my URT is up to date....

im gonna list the most common problems:

0) (yes 0.) filters. maybe you set it to LMS + favs or something like that
1) firewall/antivirus tools/...
2) cl_master is not set correctly (empty should actually work)
3) your network restricts those ports. some public networks only allow http(s)
4) master server is down. (which is not the case right now)

in case nothing of the above helps you, we will probably need more detailed information, like a console dump (\condump FILENAME.txt in the console, it will appear in your q3ut4 folder)

If the above doesn't work make sure you try clicking the "Get new list" button.

/seta sv_master master.quake3arena.com type this is console should bring back your list.

For some reasons some bugs are in urban terror and causes your list to be gone.

If this does not work you can try other master servers so for instance try also /seta sv_master master.urbanterror.info

in most cases this will help if it doesn't download and install urt again
