I have a demo from a match in June 2004 that I wanted to view, record and throw up on my youtube but I obviously require an older version of urt--it's from beta 3.6. Found this website https://www.clan6th.com/urt/ but none of the older builds work. Anyone know of someone else available?

i dont know if the demo format changed from 3.x to 4.x, but if it didnt, you could try out the Demo Manager done my a member of .net It might be able to tell you which version this demo was recorded in, if you use that "demorip" feature that extracts info into a .txt like file.
(Again assuming the demo format and syntax didnt change in that aspect of course)

Also you might just not have the map the match is played on? This would explain why you cant replay it with any version.

the demo was recorded in q3ut 3.6 and after trying to playback with 4.1 it just errors saying Client/Server mismatch (4.1 to 3.6). The rip did work and I could see a text file w details of the game though which is nice.

Ok looks like I got the demo running. I found a download for 3.0 from http://www.quakeunity.com/file=1721

and the rest of the updates (3.0->3.6) from the 6th floor link (needed to repair the zips first to be able to extract) and lonebullet.
