Hi guys, I've met a little issue for now 1 month.

It usually happens when I wanna launch a local server (/devmap): UrT chrashes and the console shows something like this:

(full logs)

The first time it happened, I just replaced the zUrT42_0007.pk3 by another one from the .zip file I'd downloaded here, and it worked. A few days later, I dl'ed a map from a server and UrT crashed again due to this file (zUrT42_0007.pk3). So I launched UrT right after and I couldn't open the server list, UrT crashed once more, but 'cause of the zUrT42_0006 file. I redownloaded UrT (I just kept my qkey, autoexec and q3config) and it kept happening. So I downloaded without saving anything and UrT worked.
A few days ago, it happened again, I redl'ed and it worked although I kept my qkey. Since then, I can't /devmap anymore, though reinstalling UrT. (Actually, I could do it only once.)
I tested without my qkey and it seems like crashes don't happen first but end up doing so.
Moreover, I also got a crash cause of the zUrT_0001.pk3 once but I can't remember how.

I'm using W10, my graph. drivers are up-to-date.

PS: I'm sorry for my poor english. :s

Hm.
So it doesnt seem be related to specific files (at least not directly).
And a full redownload with a clean copy didnt solve the problem.

Im just gonna make a guess at a hard drive failure here.
Or maybe the less bad option: a AV software that (kinda randomly) blocks access to files to the executable.
Sorry for my bad spelling - I am still asleep. :)

Does this mean I could have to get a new computer to play at UrT without this? u.u

By the way, I forgot to mention it, but I can't watch demos either (_0007.pk3).

a harddisk failure would mean you should backup all ur stuff asap.
Before you panic: use some tool to readout your hdd stats
