i have tried installing the 4.3 update but when its doing the checksum it keeps going on and on and on. can you help.

I'm sorry to ear that you're having issues with the updater.
Could you give use more details on your setup to give you an appropriate solution ?
We need to know your operating system (eg: Windows 10), the path where the updater is located and if the folder is empty (+ the content of the folder is not empty) to begin with.
