Hi,
My laptop reverses the cursor in Urban Terror for some reason and there doesn't seem to be an option to reverse it in Windows controls.
There is an ingame option to reverse Y-axis, but not one for the X-axis. Even when I configure the CFG file to - values, it corrects it at launch. Great game, wish i could play it on my laptop :)
Possible to add a reverse X-axis option?

hm. Ive tested setting m_yaw to a negative value and it "works". however, you are correct. the engine just resets it.
check your setting for in_rawMouse, maybe that helps.
You could also file a bug report here. Depending on how deep this variable test is buried in the src and if a dev wants to invest time into this, it might get changed. Or maybe there actually is a way to change those settings already.
