same as Brainie says- i'm using 110 but force windowed resolution of 1600:1100 to keep around the 4:3 ratio
the issue is if you take 16:9 [1920x1080 FullHD] or 16:10 [1920x1200] resolution, then @FOV 110 it will cut your field of view on the top and bottom, as a result you see less as when using 4:3. it should be then possible to go at fov 130 on 16:9, but i only have a strange feeling it will just feel quite wrong playing such a high FOV in Urban Terror ;)

Because this question is purely opinion based I won't go into detail as to why I prefer to use a higher FOV. Though, based on preference I like to use 110 FOV (\cg_fov 110) as it assists me in gaining a clear view of my surroundings, therefore allowing me to assess the most fatal threats.
