Maybe I¡m missing something...but in the zip file there are only 3 tga files...bigchars, nobigchars and net.tga (the last 2 beeing blank files). And there's also nothing in the readme about the crosshair :(
P.S. I did put all the right files in the right places.

curious I was sure it was there.
so make your own and import it with your video editing program.

Actually...I havent gotten that far yet (video editing). For now I just want to make a few sample movies so I can acomdate myself with the process, learn how the config works...etc :) , but I was bothered by the missing crosshair or info about it anywere in this post.
Anyway...I'm suposed to make like a transparent picture with a dot and overlay that on top of the video when I get to the editing part?
Maybe nexu should mention that in his readme or in the first post in this topic?

The crosshair i used came from W:ET. Thus i didn't included it, and it was added in the video editing part, not capture.

At which framerate are you recording at?
By default the framerate is set at 720fps (poor choice, i know).
Look at the bottom of the config, you will see:
Change the "set_fps720" to "set_fps25" for 25 fps output.
Valid numeric values are: 24,25,30,50,60,600,720... (look for set_fps)
When you record at high framerate (for frames re-sampling) the video and audio will run out of pace. Thus it's important you record the audio separately to get the correct playback speed.
While at it, use Ikalizer audio engine to record for higher quality audio, 48kHz, instead of 22kHz.
