I recommend you watch the name so u know when the time is right for you to join the server.
Skill Level can get very very high on there.
Joining the server when your skill is less then 1/2 server skill is not advised.
It may lead to frustration and/or getting kicked by the skill filter.

How about implementing a spec kicker. When it fills up and people get kicked for skill, the next person joins, specs for 10 minutes and then picks a team. I would be less pissed and vindictive if I were kicked and then manage to join and see there are slot wasters enjoying the server likes its a saturday matinee.

There is a spec filter but it only kicks when there are over 2 specs.

This server is great, my skill level on it is only like ~1450 but I've only gotten kicked once, when the skill level was >2000. Never encountered an aimbotter on there, and the admins stay out of the game unless they're needed. Which means nobody getting slapped or muted for little things like swearing, or talking shit. Makes the server a lot more fun.
1 Suggestion I have though is to add a couple more small-medium ctf maps to the rotation. Voting was enabled once upon a time but someone hacked into the server earlier on so that might have been the reason it was disabled? (I was talking to an admin about it.)

Not asking for voting to be enabled, but maybe some more small - medium fast paced ctf maps. Otherwise a great server, definitely go there if you're trying to "level up"
