I 've got this one:
http://www.zalman.co...141&code=005009
Keeps my AMD64 3000 under 50 degrees Celsius, even after 10 hours of using CPU-burn (A program that stresses your CPU for 100%) at the lowest rate of the fan (1350 rpm). Its cool, quiet and it pwnz =P You use the mountingholes to attach it, and a backplate. A plate that goes to the back of your mainboard to distribute the weight of the cooler better.

those things are heavy so becareful when moving your pc lol
Its not even that heavy compared to some others. And the good part is that its not attached to the socket or just the mounting holes, but to a backplate, wich I kinda explained in my previous post. But you are right, cautiance should be taken when moving the PC. Dont shake or drop it
btw, I also replaced the standard Gf4 ti4200 cooler, wich was loud as hell with a bigger artic cooling cooler. It cools better and makes way less noise.

That 'jet thing' is a Cooler Master JET 4 CPU FAN for Intel P4 socket 478.
