Just a little gripe I have with the game. Whenever you reload a magazine-fed weapon in the game, you permanently lose the magazine you had in your gun prior to reloading. I really think this shouldn't happen, because it discourages tactical reloads and making sure your gun is topped off and ready to go. I'm not saying it should be like Call of Duty where your ammunition count is based of of rounds rather than magazines and whenever you reload, you magically have a full magazine. That's incredibly unrealistic. What should happen is the game should keep track of how many rounds are in each magazine, so, when you go to reload after using all of your full clips, the player both removes and puts in a partial magazine instead of dropping one on the ground, never to be seen again.

Rainbow Six had this kind of mechanic. Bad thing is, you reload and end up with a new (but partial loaded) clip with 3 rounds in it. And you die, instead of *click click* Pistol *BAM*! Got it?

Haven't read through all of this thread yet, but there's a CTF bug that a clanmate just discovered, no clue if it's been reported yet or not.
This doesn't affect competition much since disconnects should be done in a timeout in most competitions, but it's still an interesting bug that should be reported.

I would assume it was a teamkill disconnect, I didn't see for sure. I was just leaving the spawn and ran into him so I killed him and the flag popped out of nowhere. It allowed me to cap it and give my team a point. I am kind curious if it would of allowed the other team to cap ours since I had a flag in my posession.
I tried to replicate this but everytime I tried the flag returns like it should of a d/c. haven't figured out what variable caused the bug.

invisible people is the teamkill kick thing, so I would assume it was.
and yeah, everytime I've seen that happen (that I can remember) the flag gets returned, but is the invisible guy still holding the flag sometimes?

More HUD and crosshair customization options would be nice, QL or Warsow style hud files, crosshair image files or something like that. Especially the option to make every crosshair shape static. I can't use my preferred shape comfortably because it changes its size all the time.
