dear diary,
i'm gonna buy a new laptop soon, it's going to be the 15 inch macbookpro, 2,66 ghz intel core i7, hopefully. can i expect 125 fps from a gt330m 512 mb video card? and since this expensive piece of hardware will stick by my side for, lets say, the next hundred years: can this video card get me 125 fps in the - "when it's done" - 4.2 release?
sincerely yours,
karl

Dear Writer,
Why should I answer your question after you defaced my inside pages.
Your diary.
P.S. Yes I believe it will hit 125fps.

pff 125 is overrated number
you shoud get. also i heard krom saying that he got about 4x better perfomance on 4.2 on casa
i think it doesnt need a miracle to get even 100 on 4.2

I got the latest Mac mini (mid 2010) and I'm running mostly 125 fps so I guess there should be no problem with the long awaited, but still not released 4.2 :)

the new imacs are great, they come with good dedicated cards also. however the screens are really hi res for their size. the 27" handles 2560x1440 res and the 21" is 1920x1080. so you may not get 125fps constant on these systems due to the high quality displays.
