The fancywater is part of the bumpy build, so thank TwentySeven. I can't help with q3map2toolz as I don't use it. Again, to see bumpy on this map in the bumpy build, you must remove the fog brush and recompile.

I had multiple stability issues with q3map2toolz, and eventually switched over to q3map2build and personally found it to be a little more stable
