I wonder if there is any way to move the configuration of the doll, because I've heard that it is possible to reduce the area of targeted (or hits) in heaven, where it gets harder to be achieved?

Show us on the doll where they touched you. Or rephrase whatever it is you're asking. You can't move the crosshair from the center if that's what you mean. You can remove the hands of the player you're seeing in first person if that is distracting you. cg_drawHands 0 or something.

What I mean is there any way to diminish the area of damage caused by the opponent on his dummy, because I heard that some people are changing their dolls in the area of the bullets hit and thus take longer to be defeated there and lead advantage over the other.

There's no such way without aggressive cracking such as those on autoaims and even then it'd be harder since it may also have to hijack the server.

Actually, it most probably would have to hijack the server too, it sounds hard unless one hacks his own server (even then it'd need skill).
