Cause you can't run a 32Bit Executable on a 64Bit System, without install also all needed 32Bit Files.

You need:

apt-get install lib32gcc1 lib32ncurses5 lib32stdc++6 lib32z1 libc6 libc6-i386

And let me say my Tests have shown that the 32Bit Version is more stable then the 64Bit Server. And the RCON Hack Fix seems only be available for the 32Bit Version as well (btw don't forget to update this File before you run the Server)

Some Linux System should also be able to install all 32Bit Libarys with only one Command:

apt-get install ia32-libs

I only testet the First Method and i am running Debian 5.0 64Bit

The simple version worked - i also figured out i had no 3d acceleration drivers installed lol.
