I've been playing for 2 years with 10.5.8 with minimal problems (occasional screen freeze being the only one).

After updating to Snow Leopard 10.6.5 I cannot play UT. At first it just shut itself down when I clicked "play online" or "set up".

So I deleted everything I could: UT download, Quake3 folder in Application support, and downloaded another copy of UT 4.1 from Voxel.

So now I can get UT to work, but if I change any settings AT ALL, it resets my playing screen in the lower left corner, dims my brightness, and ignores any video resolution input.

Am I just dipped in bad juju? or is this out there in forums? or can a pro give a team player some advice?
