Hi guys, Ive tried everything i can think of to get my frame rates up. weeks ago i was doing about 50fps with my slug...now i start at 20 something and if anyone moves it drops to like 9-12 fps, as you can imagine this is making it difficult to enjoy playing..any ideas that im missing?..no compwiz installed, bottom settings donot help..im running a dual core intel 2000-hz, 3 gigs of ram and a gl965 chipset. as far as i knmow 3d is enabled. help help!!

thats 9fps on urban terror...duh, sorry...turning off effects has helped a little but its still below where it aught to be.

The intel integrated graphics supports openGL indeed. But it's performance is very limited. You could try to change the accelmethod

You should have Compiz disabled

that might be your computers fault. I get 125 (locked) running it through wine in Linux mint (ubuntu based).

still waiting for a native linux release though, might be more stable.

Seeing as this was posted in the "URBAN TERROR 4.1 TECHNICAL SUPPORT" Forum, chances are he's not trying to play 4.2 through wine.
