I'm running UrT on Ubuntu 10.04 with no problem. I downloaded, unzipped the folder into my home folder. I changed the launch file to executable. It all works great. But when I take a demo, it doesn't save into the demo folder like it does when I play from Windows 7. In fact, I've found that the demos are not even saving to my computer. I've searched and searched. They're not there. Is there a way to change where the demos go after saving? It's not a big deal if I'm strictly playing, but sometimes you just need to demo stuff. Thanks.

PS.: oh, this isnt the alpha board, the command below will work aswell, but the path to the demo folder on linux is ~/.q3a/q3ut4/demos (or something simmilar, no urt on this machine). .q3a is a hidden folder in your home/username directory, to display hidden folders in most filebrowsers press [ctrl] + [H]

i didnt check that so far and cant do so atm. try copying or typing this command into a consoe, it should find all demo files:
sudo find / -name '*.dm68'

I keep a shortcut to the demos folder on my sidebar in Gnome
Disorder... Chaos... Anarchy... Now THAT's fun!
