Okay moving my UrT installation onto my external HDD didn't fix the problem ;)

Okay. I deactivated my TM and I still got lag, so it's not the TM.
It's impossible to see what /fs_debug shows because the freeze is only 1 sec long and I bet not even superman is that fast..
It's fkn frustrating.

I have the same problem [or at least similar].
I encounter that gap loads of time...so many,that I barely start to notice them [dropping from 30fps to 0 for 1 second while in fire battle...not a big thing for me anymore]
This might not be related in any way...but try cleaning your pc of dust.
Also,restarting the internet connection before playing seems to help me sometimes...so next time,before starting to play,turn off your internet,then start it up again.
In doing that,you pretty much "kill" any other application that currently uses up your bandwidth.
Even if you have a nice configuration,you should stop your internet browser before playing URT.
Sometimes Opera for example,just updates plugins without your knowledge.Happens to me pretty often [i use a lot of plugins]
I cant remember other stuff that i tried,but ill post them as they come back to me.
