I finally got around to posting the client that i use: https://github.com/u...iourt/essential
It's the ioUrT 4.x changes on top of the latest ioquake3. I try to keep it as minimal as possible with a few exceptions since I want to track the latest code. In addition to the recent security fixes, it has some nice features. I like the QuakeLive mouse acceleration which is part of upstream ioquake3.

Do you have a dedicated README what actual changes you did? Crawling through commit history is tedious ...
There's already a README...

Two questions, where can I download it? and does it have FPS optimizations vs original ioUrT?

There is... Just click on Files then download as zip.
https://github.com/u.../zipball/master
Then read the readme, following one command and grabbing the built ioquake3 & ioq3ded from undeadzy-ioquake3*/build/release*/ shouldn't be too hard for you, I hope

I moved the code to its own project that's a fork of ioquake3: https://github.com/u.../undeadzy_iourt Most of the other branches are now their own projects too. They don't show up as forks of ioquake3_mirror because github apparently won't let you fork your own project.
The iourt readme is now the default so you can see what changed or didn't change. The code is synced with r2214 (latest) of ioquake3.
To answer an earlier question, I didn't focus on any FPS enhancements. The main focus was to make as few changes as needed so you can track the latest ioquake3 source.
