Umm.. Short and simple... You don't.

Your router NEEDS TO HAVE port forwarding. Once you do this then you can associate a public IP with a private IP. Thus, the purpose of port forwarding.

Forward the 27960 (Or whichever port you use) to the local machine (E.g 192.168.0.124)

Open the firewall port (On the server) to the port of your game server.

Viola!
