Because blackbridge was never finished There were no levelshots or skybox and it appeared as though he first had a night time sky, but then he was going to use a daytime sky and never made the sky texture, so I was not sure weather to use night or day. So I let him know, and I'm waiting for a response.
I tried Night, then used algiers sky for day, then added this to the shaders
