What's up with you French guys and building such awesome maps? Can we get some of your stuff, too? :D
(If you keep on making maps of this class, I see another new FS mapper.)

the sub title on the forums says "Beta 3" but only beta 2 is available to download, have I missed something, or was this a typo, or what?

I get a "Resample Error: Max Width" when I try and load this via the console.

/map ut4_metro_b2

It gets as far as the splash screen and then pops up the message.

Running 4.1.1 on XP and there's a whole load of other maps in my Q3UT4 folder. Do not have Beta 1 though.

I don't normally get these errors, so I thought I'd let you know.

try temporarily moving the custom maps out of your q3ut4 folder and only moving metro back in and see if it works then, if it does its most likely a map conflict, in which case add the custom maps back one at a time you could discover which one causes the problem, this would help other greatly.

I run this map on my game server and I had the client game crash on me today when trying to load this map the error was something along the lines of Z_memalloc failed or something like that. I wasnt fast enough to get a screen shot of the error or write it down.

I believe it was trying to load sounds at the time.

Nice !!!! It's an amazing map dude !!! I think I will propose to put it in on the public server MTC on callvote , I'd test the gameplay

nitro thats along the lines ofthe map requires too much memory from your server :> i believe

I had that too when switching gametype to TS

I didn't get the error on the server, the server ran fine and all other players were connecting and playing fine, it was my client game that crashed, so i reckon it might have related to one of my config settings such as

seta com_soundMegs "32"
seta com_zoneMegs "48"
seta com_hunkMegs "512"


wilist running the map earlier tonight I noticed the game jumped up from its usual ~230MB in ram to ~460MB so it could just have been that it reached a limit in hunkmegs, but I am not sure.

my config is below which i just upped the hunkmegs to 768 to test that out.
