Ok, the modeled weapon looks better as the original, and MP5A3 looks better than MP5A4. :-)

I put my bets on replacement or replica for K, having A4 to be an inbetween solution of UMP and K would be akward IMO

That's not an MP5A4.
The MP5A4 is a full-sized, fixed stock weapon and is much larger.
Looking at actual version, the old model is closest to an MP5KA4 (with modded threaded barrel).
That's a MP5K-N / MP5KA5 hybrid if I had to take a guess.
It has a Retractable Stock, Ambidextrous Safety, and most likely also has a threaded barrel for attaching the silencer.
Has most of the Navy features except for the trigger group (Navy and 3-Round Burst are not the same).
TL;DR
The naming convention bugs me. The K is important.
I like the way it looks, but I think as a secondary the older version makes more sense (no stock for the smallest size more pertinent for CQB). Plus the older version is much more rare. The MP5K-N look-alike version is seen in almost every video game. I liked the fact that it was one of the more unique weapons in the game.
