tje master servers do not respond to tracert or ping requests. there is nothing wrong with the master servers (otherwise we would all be posting)

its more lkely to be some router/hop in the middle somewhere, there have been a few major routers and servers going down the last couple of days due to severe weather. (netflix, instragram etc) all completely offline the past 24 hours.

So it could be that your internet (or your servers connection) normally routes that way and is facing troubles. or there is some misconfiguration somewhere.

master server settings should be like this:

set sv_master1 "master.urbanterror.info" //you can leave this blank as the server code will auto-assign although I prefer to be certain.
set sv_master2 "master2.urbanterror.info"
set sv_master3 ""
set sv_master4 ""
set sv_master5 ""

we were able to solve the problem as follows:

Quote

set sv_master1 "91.121.24.62"
set sv_master2 "91.121.30.80"
set sv_master3 ""
set sv_master4 ""
set sv_master5 ""

Domain name not work....

PS: how can I solve this problem?

by fixing your domain name resolution problem first.

I dont think you cna use IP addresses for the frozen sands master servers, please use the domain names instead.

also your server is doing its job just fine:

Our DNS is working properly - ping and other programs can detect IPs, include yours. But only your server cant determine ip from domain name.
May be we got that, because we run your server on FreeBSD?
