Ok, so I have this folder full of nice long server logs. I'm trying to find an easier and more efficient way to pull IPs and the names attached to them from the logs without having to go through each log and copy the name and ip down one at a time. Can anyone help me with this?

Basically what I want is something that I can point to the files and have it go though them pulling the designated data (/ip/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx & /name/PlayerName) then create a file containing these and if possible put all the duplicates together.

Hi niceGuy,

If you want to do it on Linux you could do this using Grep but there is a nice tool for windows I downloaded years ago which exports the names ip and guid to a easy to read csv log.

Thanks Nitro, I am using windows, I tried to download it but the link doesn't seem to work. It takes me to a grey site with an empty white box.

sorry about that, I was at my work (IRL) when i posted and I copied the link out of a bookmark without checking it. Anyways I scoured my hard drive and backups and finally found a copy of the log parser buried within one of my backups. I have re-uploaded it to my own webserver here:
