hello all, i've just started playing urban terror again, i reinstalled it on my computer, and the weirdest thing has happened, in FOV 110 i can not see it, how it's supposed to look, it just comes up in FOV 90 (well it looks like that)
if i change the resolution to the lowest, then i have two big black strips down the edge of the screen, and that's annoying.. however it makes the FOV normal?
i don't think my laptop screen is supported correctly with urt, the resolution for it is 1280x800 (if someone @ FS could add that into the game i would love them :D) or if there's solutions easier than than i would be gratefully happy.
Thank you

Set you resolution manually
r_mode -1
r_customheight 800
r_customwidth 1280
put that in your config
or set it in the game menu, just look through the options its available there
(putting the custom values)

sorry, i don't think you've understood me.. This is how UrT is supposed to look:
and this is how i see it:
those are both from the same computer, that's what i don't get, how it changes yet the same game and all and i would like it back to defult, my resolution is 110 on both.. and my computer's screen size is all right as well??
they both fit my screen the same

r_picmip 0 for your blurred textures
try if it works, it does make the textures less blurry.
and then, what's your monitor's resolution, 1280x800 or 1280x786 maybe?
and the fov is measured over your width of your monitor, I have other fov feeling with 1680x1050 than with 1280x1024 which I used to play for long.
