Let me direct you to Section 7 of your contract with us:-

7 Communications

You may use Frozen Sand products and services for lawful purposes only. You may not post on or transmit through community areas (e.g., message boards, chat, e-mail, or instant messaging products) or other means any material that (1) violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, (2) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, (3) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, (4) gives rise to civil liability, (5) violates any policies posted in any community areas or (6) otherwise violates any law. You also may not undertake any conduct that, in Frozen Sand’s judgment, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Urban Terror Account or Frozen Sand websites, including without limitation the community areas.

Due to recent events, anyone found to be even "closely" in breach of the above agreement will receive a FULL and NEVER ENDING vacation from our Network.

This is totally not acceptable, and arguably one of our most serious rules. We will NOT hessitate to report offenders to their respective law enforcement agencies.

This is a not so polite reminder that if you step over this line it could land you in a quite serious situation.
