p5yc0runn3r is working hard :)
I'm starting to worship him.
EDIT:
dmaHD = crashes for me like always. This is my sound codec fault. Always have problems with sound at this PC. I will try later at another PC or different OS.
RAW input works flawless. At regular office mouse (Microsoft Comfort Mouse 3000) perfect control speed is a lot bigger than with in_mouse 1 or -1.
Sound isn't the major thing for me. RAW input = salvation for low sensitivity users.
I don't want to be ungrateful...
...but maybe some build only with RAW input :P

If the default sound works for you, dmaHD must work too since it is build over the default sound engine. Have you tried the settings on the first post? And how is it crashing? Could you send me a screenshot?
As for the raw mouse-only build, you can switch off dmaHD, see first post for CVAR :)

It seems to be the common realtek + windows 7 issue.
I have some static, crackling, popping. Sometimes when i make fast turns i hear sth like jet engine sound.
I tried some fixes from here:
http://helpdeskgeek....tek-sound-card/
Also updated realtek drivers and tried your settings.
Seems to be better, cuz PC not freezing anymore like earlier. Sound issues still happening.
UrT with default sound settings works flawless.
Maybe you p5yc0, as sound specialist know the solution.
This is Realtek ALC662.
All config:
* Windows 7 x64
* Athlon 64 5800+ (2 x 3,0)
* 2,00GB RAM
* mobo - M2N-MX SE Asus
* GeForce 9600 GT
Thanks.

Please try to use the recommended settings shown at the end of the first post namely:
(in autoexec.cfg or q3config.cfg)
seta s_khz "44"
seta com_soundMegs "8"
seta dmaHD_enable "1"
seta dmaHD_interpolation "3"
seta dmaHD_mixer "10"
seta s_mixahead "0.8"
seta s_mixPreStep "0.05"
...and restart Urban Terror.
I use Windows 7 x64 and have 'Realtek® ALC 887' and do not have problems. I also have a cheap SpeedLink VIGO USB soundcard and works flawlessly. I test urban terror on 4 machines (with different hardware) before releasing and all work well. So please try the options above and let me know. The most to tweak are the last 2 CVARS if you keep getting the noises.
And as specifications go here are mine:
MB: Asus P8H61-M LE/USB3, RAM: Dual-channel 8GB DDR3-1333 1.5V Corsair, CPU: Intel Pentium G620 (2 x 2.6Ghz), GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT-GE, OS: Windows 7 Enterprise (x64)
(in autoexec.cfg or q3config.cfg)

seta dmaHD_interpolation "3"
seta dmaHD_mixer "10"

I tried this config earlier.
This is probably codec issue. When i finish work, i'll try the easiest way to fix all system problem - reinstall.
Thanks for help.

No no no, wait. dmaHD is an extension over the standard sound of the Quake 3 engine so you should be able to make it work correctly. Before you re-install, try different settings for example:
seta s_mixahead "1.0"
seta s_mixPreStep "0.05"
or put them in the console window as:
/s_mixahead "1.0"
/s_mixPreStep "0.05"
...to make sure they are written correctly in config.cfg
