Delete zUrT42_0013.pk3 (or any other small PK3 to force a re-download) and run the updater again, or download the binaries manually: Quake3-UrT Quake3-UrT-no-SSE2.

What exactly do you mean? Does it happen offline or only online? If yes, does it happen on every server? What operating system are you using? Are any other weapons affected? Are any player animations affected? (Just saying that it works fine over here.)

As I said it's the autobalancer. Tell server admins to turn it off. Problem has already been fixed for the next release.

The autobalancer does not work properly in TS and bomb, admins should turn it off for servers running in these modes (g_autobalance 0). Other gamemodes are not affected. It’s fixed for the next version.

If you’re a player affected by this bug you can fix it by going to spec and rejoining.

Can we expect a patch today or so since this is already fixed?
I have not updated my servers yet because of this error.
