It would be cool. Certainly something different, but it would require more animations to be made and then someone would have to code those interactions, so it would not be easy. True Combat had it.

I think Urban Terror doesn't need them, in my eyes Aim Down Sights promotes slower gameplay, which I don't want Urban Terror to have at all, I wanna run faster and never stop moving

I don't think it "needs" it, but on some of the weapons it would be nice, particularly on the pistols. Frankie could do this in his sleep. So it is not a question of need, but rather a feature that just might be welcomed by many. You can't really say you don't like it for sure without having tried it.
