I found an optimized build from r00t and now I have stable 125 fps it seems. (Only tested it for 5 minutes on algiers but I think it's stable.)
Had to go to 32-bit as there's no 64 one but who cares. :D

The engine isn't optimized for 64 bit anyway, so it wouldn't give much benefit anyway.
Well, for the graphics stuff: i did test out 4.1 on my samsung tablet. In the End the textures were close to minecraft basic, but i had 60 fps. with 0 gpu power.
The point for GPU in UrT is that you can only set it from low (low for current games, High for UrT) to Ultra super low (low for UrT). So any GPU from this decade should run it without ANY problems.
for a FPS limit: never set it lower than possible. In UrT a frame is a whole calculation cycle, not only a rendered frame. So get this as high as possible. Setting it to the refresh value of your screen would only make sense if you use Vsync. I tried vsync with 120 fps @ 120 Hz once, and didn't really feel the difference.... (to 126 fps)
for r00ts built: try using ikalizer, IF you want 3d sound (guess that might be why dmaHD uses that much power)
Settings for r00ts built are same as for 4.1 mitsu built
For testing purposes you could also try enabling all those fance meters that come with it :)

:( I was fooled by algiers.
Uptown: again fps drops to 80.
A quick test on kingpin (no fps issues while playing):
r00t 32bit: 155 fps
original 64 bit: 159 fps
original 32 bit, no dmaHD: 132 fps
original 64 bit, no dmaHD: 172 fps
r00t, no dmaHD: 178 fps.
EDIT: So I guess I stick to no dma and wait for uptown to test another short demo. ;)
