I finished of the Casa conversion series and added an unlisted exclusive of what the completed 1-1 “base†conversion looks like. Once I'm happy with the completed pollish work I'll post an amendment containing a summary of all of the work done as to completion.
To be done.
1) Convert materials to PBR
2) Replace fake masked assets to geometry (doors windows gates ect)
3) Final tweak of the facade geometry exported from Radiant.

Forgot to mention in the videos. If doing a 1-1 conversion make sure that there is a brush added (0 0 0 maybe) at 72 X 36 X 36 units and add a texture to it called player.
You can use this as your scale proxy so you can match up the old 1 unit = 1 inch to the new 1 unit = 1 cm.
