I bought two items already, so I do care... More importantly, setting up all of this cannot have taken too long, so should this have actually removed production time (which isn't necessary), I think we can wait those few extra days.

To develop Urban Terror HD and maintain the infrastructure we have lots of costs. How to handle these costs on a free game? By accepting donations (we receive a few dollars per month) and selling goodies.

It literally took us two hours to set up the shop. Everything from the shirts creation to the shipping is handled by an external company called Spreadshirt.

Why on Earth would it be dumb or slow down the development? It's a total win-win solution for both FS and the community. You get some nice goodies and in return we get extra pennies to fund the development of UrTHD.

Allready ordered two T-shirts for the kids and a mug and T for myself.
