Hey Gamers, Programmers, QA ...
I just watched during gaming with my 5760 * 1080 Resolution the usagef of CPU + GPU.
Surprising, the i7-4770 *8 is using just 1 fully cpu/core, as the others make siesta.
Is there any setting, or is it not supported and is it planed for future ?
I thought as maybe the CPU usage could cause my CI,s ..., and the GPU (GeForce GTX 960) was relaxed working with not max load.
Thanks for solutions or finally answers.

UrT all in all is more about the CPU than the GPU.
With no dynamic lightning, no real HD textures, no high poly world objects and all the other fancy stuff, this is quite logical. The old q3 engine gets to its limits with all the vis calculations and stuff though. So basically an 2nd gen i5 something can run the game using only its IGP. (it wont look pretty and score 126 fps, but it will work). Hell even my note 10.1 tablet can run it.
and i think there is a cvar to singlecore/multicore usage. (r_smp). butit is officially out of support and its not suggested to use it.
there also is com_singlecore, but i dont know what that one is good for.
All in all, none of the above will actually help you as UrT/q3 arent optimized for multicore, as it wasnt even a thing back when it all started.
This also leads to the fact that multicore probably wont be supported for any of the 4.x versions.
I suppose that UnrealEngie4, which is what UrT HD will run on, will support it though.
