A lot of different type of votes are allowed on the server. Try to change it to Abbey, the bots like that one :)

I tried that too :D
The answer is that i have to wait 30 seconds before calling vote, sound good but it's always the same answer again and again

The first call vote is ok, have to wait 30 seconds in game.
Wait 32 seconds and call vote = ok map is loading and starting.
Call vote again : have to wait 3O seconds

well, wait no1 is probably due to that vote delay thingy into the map, aka you can only vote for something once 30 seconds into a map. simply to prevent votes from happening before most people have loaded.
the 2nd wait would probably due to the fact that you may only call one vote per ~1min per player?
at least that would make sense?
But this doesnt really match what you describe about a voted action being delayed by 30 seconds.
