Maybe, it could be an interesting option for server admins, like a cvar with time in minutes (zero or negative means never) after server empty of players, to return into initial state (bots, cyclemap, etc.).

I just tested the RC4 and here are my thoughts:
Im a bit confused about the Benelli M4 because it shots one projectile despite being described as having 12 gauge shotshells as ammunition like the SPAS. I dont know if it's intentional but it feels weird for a shotgun and is harder to hit. Also the rate of fire seems slow compared to other close range weapons. The reload time is ridiculously fast though but overall it seems underpowered compared to the SPAS.
Apart from that I like the FRF1 being between the PSG and the SR8 in terms of damage and RoF.
I also think the recoil from the Magnum is quite high.
About the weapons selection interface, I dont understand the need to put a picture of the weapon in background of the description, we can see it in the left and it's harder to read.
Good work overall on these updates I'm happy to see that Urban Terror is still alive! :)

PS: I agree with karnute about the bots, as a noob fragger it was hard to test against HappyDay :P
