1) No movement penalty for IMI Negev.
2) Should be IMI Negev more accurate tnan AK103?

the negev already is (way) more accurate than the AK if you spray.

Also i dont really see the point in removing the movement penalty. what would be the reasoning behind this. except for trolling.
