i am reinstalling urban terror 43 i have removed the old installation and downloaded a ny tar.gz file from the forum page when i run the file "./UrTUpdater_Ded.sh" the program starts in the console but there is a problem with get the download to start.am i missing to authenticate license and where do i do?. or suggest a solution

from linux install menu, consul. How do I get the license agreement and activate the button?

I've never tried out that linux updater (mainly because i play on windows...), and im not particularly keen to read through that shell script :P

However, there is a simple solution:
Just download the full .zip and run the executable included in it.

yes it got ubt installed,i install it i a new folder "ubt".
but now i have the same problem with the new installation that i had with the one i uninstalled, where i had set the monitor resolved to default and it got ubt to boot up with a black screen without any features, i hear the sound from the start of frozensand. Are there any suggestions for a solution?

Is there an option to add a new screen resolution via "autoexec_example.cfg" and how do I get urban terror to read the cfg file when I have just installed URT. Is there an online access to URT via forum or similar that can be used.
During installation, is there create folders with config filler other places on my local system into those in the "q3ut4" folder

The problem is fixed. I found this script "./Quake3-UrT.x86_64 + set r_mode 4"

Assuming r_mode 4 is the resolution you would want. (800px*400px). Once you get the game started you can just change the resolution in the options menu. Dont forget to remove the +set r_mode 4 from your games startup though, as that would just reset it everytime you start the game.
