Hello.

My problem is that when I minimalize the game few times and coming back to it, sometimes my mouse cursor is moving much faster than it should. I don't know if it's a sensitvity problem or something else. I didn't change the default settings of sensitivity.

Never heard of such an issue. You might want to try using different in_mouse settings:
