Very unlikely to happen for 4.x, since pretty much the focus is on UrT5.
For UrT5 it will depend on whether Unreal Engine support. From what i can gather as an outsider that may work.
Note that I'm neither a dev for UrT nor a game developer at all.

You might try making a wine bottle and running the Windows version of Urban Terror. The Porting Team have wrappers and engines running in M1.
I used to go to them for help when I was making wrappers for some Halo games that never made it to a Mac.
I'd attempt it myself, but I switched from my ancient Mac Pro to a PC and also a lack of an M1 to try it on.

Support is being implemented to the engine and should soon be available.
