For your All Seeing Eye 3.4 filter, open the filters.txt file, search for the Urban Terror section and add the following:
Quake 3: ArenaUrban Terrorv3.4
Group: Q3UTVER
Mutex: Q3UTVER
1 if g_modversion != "3.4" remove
